KALAMAZOO ADJUSTS TRAINING CAMP ROSTER AFTER PRESEASON GAMES
Leier added, while four are released from the roster ahead of Wednesday's deadline.
KALAMAZOO, MI – The Kalamazoo Wings, proud ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League’s Vancouver Canucks, announced a series of transactions Sunday following the team's two preseason games.
The K-Wings added forward Boston Leier, who was released from his professional tryout with the American Hockey League's Utica Comets. Leier signed with Kalamazoo in the offseason.

Kalamazoo's training camp roster now consists of 24 players, including two goaltenders, nine defensemen and 13 forwards. A final opening day roster must be submitted to the ECHL by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 9, consisting of a maximum 23 active players, not including players on injured reserve.
The K-Wings open the season Saturday, Oct. 12 in Fort Wayne with a 7:35 p.m. face-off against the Komets at Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.
The K-Wings’ 46th Home Opener is Saturday, Oct. 19 against the Cincinnati Cyclones at 7:00 p.m. at the Wings Event Center, following Fan Fest leading up to the game. Tickets are on sale now, starting at just $10.
