Kalamazoo, MI.- Kalamazoo Wings, proud ECHL affiliate of the Vancouver Canucks, have signed forward Luke Sandler the organization announced on Friday afternoon.
Sandler began the season with Atlanta, appearing in five games. The Chicago, IL native spent the entire 2017-18 season with the Gladiators, recording 22 points (10g, 12a) in 65 games, while adding 190 penalty minutes. The fourth-year pro spent one season at Lake Superior State before jumping to the professional ranks after the 2014-15 season. He will wear #38 and is expected to be available on Friday night as the K-Wings take on the Cincinnati Cyclones.
In a corresponding move Jimmy Mullin has been placed on injured reserve.
